WJ18 products collect humidity and temperature signals and report them to Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, China Mobile IOT OneNET, Cloud computing#Private cloud and other MQTT servers through WiFi. It also supports data access through the Modbus TCP protocol, and can view real-time temperature and humidity data through the module's built-in webpage. The WJ18 product can also enter low-power mode for battery powered applications.
The WJ18 product can be applied to the smart factory MES system, agricultural greenhouse temperature and humidity collection, smart warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring, small weather station data reporting, real-time detection of hospital environment, comfort testing of high-end residential buildings, and so on.
The product includes a high-precision temperature and humidity sensor and a high-performance WiFi module. The communication method adopts MQTT, character protocol, or MODBUS TCP protocol. TCP is a transport layer based protocol that is widely used and reliable for connections. Users can directly set the module IP address, subnet mask, etc. on the webpage, and all user set parameter settings and other configuration information are stored in the non-volatile memory EEPROM.
